General Superintendent

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Area Superintendent to oversee and support multiple commercial, industrial, and mission-critical construction projects. This individual will serve as a senior field leader responsible for mentoring Superintendents and Foremen, supporting project execution, and ensuring consistency across multiple jobsites. Responsibilities

• Oversee 2-3 active projects simultaneously
• Provide leadership and support to Superintendents and field teams
• Mentor General Foremen and future field leaders
• Assist with project planning, execution, scheduling, and manpower coordination
• Review project drawings and construction documentation
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and provide operational support
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders
• Support project teams in resolving field challenges and maintaining schedules

Team Structure

• Reports to the Field Operations Manager

• Supports approximately 13 Superintendents

• Works alongside two existing Area Superintendents

• Serves as a mentor and escalation point for field leadership Additional Information

• Company vehicle and gas card provided, or vehicle allowance plus gas card

• Projects range from approximately $3M to $80M• Mix of office, field, and project site responsibilities depending on project demands

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience

• Experience supporting commercial, industrial, and/or data center construction projects

• Experience using Bluebeam

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

• Experience working with VDC/Revit models

• Comfortable utilizing technology and digital construction tools Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills

• Florida Journeyman License

• Ability to obtain Florida licensure Bilingual (English/Spanish)
