Job Description
Position Summary
The Community Partnerships Coordinator will provide administrative and logistical support for the company's community engagement and charitable initiatives. This role will assist in managing partner relationships by coordinating partnership benefits, supporting volunteer and community events, tracking commitments and deliverables, and working across functions to maximize engagement opportunities related to recruiting, volunteerism, and community outreach as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute contractual and sponsorship-related partner benefits, ensuring commitments are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Manage attendee registration, logistics, and communications for community partnership events, conferences, and nonprofit engagements.

Support volunteer initiatives as needed by coordinating opportunities, tracking participation, and assisting with event planning and execution.

Partner with Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, Inclusion and other internal teams to maximize community partnership opportunities, including career fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach activities.

Maintain partnership records, calendars, budgets, and tracking tools to ensure accurate reporting and follow-through.

Serve as a primary administrative point of contact for nonprofit and community partners.

Assist with collecting impact data, preparing reports, and documenting program outcomes.

Support special projects and initiatives related to corporate community engagement and employee involvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.5+ years of experience managing community engagement, communications, nonprofit partnerships, or related programs.Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.Experience coordinating events, volunteers, or community programs preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
Location: Remote office with in-person expectation for required onsite team meetings and events as needed - Carrollton HQ
