This individual will lead audit engagements from planning through reporting, independently assess risk and control effectiveness, provide credible challenge to management, and serve as the Auditor-in-Charge by coordinating audit activities, providing direction and feedback to team members, and helping ensure the delivery of high-quality audit work. The ideal candidate communicates with confidence and credibility at all levels of the organization, demonstrates executive presence, and can analyze complex issues to identify root causes and practical solutions. They must be capable of translating technical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
