  • Partner with internal departments, suppliers, and legal stakeholders to negotiate terms, develop contracts, and maintain productive business relationships.

  • Lead purchasing and coordination efforts for office, warehouse, and facilities-related needs, including equipment, workspace setup, furniture, and vendor services.

  • Support environmental, social, and governance objectives within assigned categories and contribute to additional procurement or facilities projects as business needs evolve.

  • Track category spending, assist with budget planning, and ensure financial coding, supplier vetting, and purchasing records are handled accurately. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain functions, with exposure to indirect spend management.

  • Strong Excel skills, including hands-on use of pivot tables and VLOOKUP for reporting, analysis, and spend tracking.

  • Experience working with large ERP or procurement platforms; SAP knowledge is preferred.

  • Familiarity with corporate procurement practices, indirect purchasing, and category-based sourcing activities.
