Serves as a proactive member of the branch team as the initial sales and service contact for new and existing customers. Recognizes complex product and financial services opportunities as well as refers to Investment Services, Mortgage Department, and commercial banking to help customers achieve their financial goals and the team to achieve its business goals. Serves as a backup-teller and performs a variety of functions in paying and receiving, including processing deposits, withdrawls, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Perfoms a variety of functions in preparing and filing documents, requests address changes or loan maintenance as needed, and reviews loan applications to verify completeness. Meets or exceeds established sales, cross-selling and referral goals.
