Sr. Project Manager, Civil Engineering - Bridges

Job Description

The Senior PM will oversee bridge projects from proposal through completion, managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary engineering teams. They will review and direct bridge design work, ensure quality control standards are met, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and serve as a technical resource for the team. The role also includes managing project financial performance, supporting business development efforts, participating in client meetings and interviews, and helping secure new work while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• Active PE license

• 10+ years of bridge engineering experience

• Experience managing large, complex, multidisciplinary projects

• FDOT Category 1 and Category 2 bridge design experience

• Strong structural engineering and bridge design expertise

• Experience with prestressed beams, piers, and foundations

• Knowledge of Conspan and RCPIER Strong project management, client management, and leadership skills

• Engineer of Record experience

• Business development and proposal experience

• Experience leading client presentations and interviews

• Existing FDOT and municipal client relationships

• Experience with multiple bridge types, including segmental, steel box girder, plate girder, and post-tensioned structures Experience managing project financials, scopes, and fee negotiations
