Full job description

Duties: Manage daily sales & business activities for store & sister store. Review sales, budget & related activity reports to verify accuracy & assess performance. Develop budgets, pricing & sales targets. Develop & implement plans to reduce costs, improve business & increase sales, including marketing/advertising strategies & campaigns. Compile data regarding customers preferences & identify ways to increase customer base & market share. Manage & maintain inventory. Prepare schedules & manage staff. Hire & fire staff in coordination with owner. 20% short-term travel for business/meetings to sister store in Kansas City, KS. Wednesday-Sunday 6PM-2AM. Requirements: Bachelors degree or its foreign educational equivalent in a Business or Science field & two (2) years of experience in job offered or a related position involving budget & marketing development, sales management & supervision of personnel.
