Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ** ** Position Summary: The RN/LPN at Country Club Rehabilitation Center provides compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care environment. The nurse is responsible for managing and coordinating resident care, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines, and promoting resident safety and dignity.
