This hands-on position involves conducting routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to ensure efficiency and product quality. The role includes leading and mentoring junior technicians, implementing strategies to improve production processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards such as OSHA, FDA, and EPA. Additionally, the Making Technician collaborates with cross-functional teams, develops training programs, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime, reduce customer complaints, and support the company's mission and values. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Machinery Maintenance and Operations(65%) Perform preventive and reparative maintenance on machines to ensureoptimalperformance. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Collect and analyze data tomonitormachine performance andidentifyareas for improvement. Operatemachines as needed to meet production demands. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
