Full job description

TITLE: Immigration Paralegal REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Law and 2 years of experience as Immigration Paralegal. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Fluency in Russian, Ukrainian and English languages. JOB DUTIES: Prepare and file immigration forms and applications with USCIS and EOIR. Draft motions, pleadings, affidavits, and legal memoranda. Conduct legal country conditions research. Translate and interpret documents between English, Russian, and Ukrainian. Communicate with clients to gather information and prepare testimony. Manage case files and deadlines using legal practice software. Assist attorneys in preparation for court hearings. SALARY: $82,500 per year.
