The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills in both mental health and addictions. The Outpatient Therapist will be responsible for conducting screenings, assessments, and evaluations, as well as providing individual and group therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct screenings and complete biopsychosocial evaluations and diagnoses. - Provide individual, couple, group, and family psychotherapy sessions. - Participate in ongoing training to enhance job skills and stay abreast of best practices. - Perform professional mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans in collaboration with individuals and their families.
