  • Build scalable project-management processes that support growth, consistent delivery, and strong client service.

  • Support expansion into related energy markets, including battery energy storage systems and utility infrastructure.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4+ years of direct project-management responsibility, including management of scope, schedule, budget, profitability, invoicing, and client communication.

  • Demonstrated project-management experience in the EV charging infrastructure space, including multidisciplinary design, permitting, utility coordination, and construction support.

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating internal departments and external subconsultants in the environmental, surveying, geotechnical, and electrical disciplines.

  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients, concurrent projects, and competing deadlines.

  • Experience serving as a primary client contact and managing challenging scope, schedule, budget, and delivery conversations.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, mentor staff, delegate effectively, and drive projects to successful completion.
