Product Trainer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES 1. Teach the tasks and techniques associated with high quality efficient truck body production (one-on-one or in a group setting) 2. Conduct training sessions in production related topics (including but not limited to government mandated safety policies and procedures) 3. Assist in the design and deployment of training programs for increased efficiencies and continuous improvement 4. Provide technical assistance to process/production planning as needed 5. Participate in cross-training opportunities, wherever necessary and appropriate 6. Demonstrate the willingness and flexibility to work as an individual, as well as part of a team 7. Support the onboarding process within Human Resources and assist new employees whenever possible QUALIFICATIONS 1. Lift heavy items up to 70lbs. 2. Ability to teach and explain production tool safety and use 3.
