Job Summary:
Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Performs activities under a moderate degree of supervision.
We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate to join our Distribution business in (Albuquerque, NM).
Will make an impact in the following ways:

Provideadministrativesupportbyconductingresearch,preparingreports,andaddressingroutineinformationrequests.

Gather,compile,verify,andaccuratelyenterinformationintoreports,presentations,forms,databases,andspreadsheets.

Assistwithdatacollection,dataentry,andreportgenerationfordepartmentalactivities.

Supportassociatefunctionssuchaspreparingcorrespondence,receivingvisitors,arrangingconferencecalls,andschedulingmeetings.

Respondtoandredirectroutineinquiriesfromcustomers,visitors,andinternalstakeholders.

Preparedocumentationforvendorpaymentsandassistwithaccountspayableprocesses.

Documentandmaintaindepartmentalpoliciesandprocedures.

Supporttheoverallcustomerexperienceanddailybranchoperations.

Greetandassistcustomers,answerincomingphonecalls,andmaintainofficeandcustomer-areasupplies.

ProvidesupporttotheServiceDepartment,includingcustomerandtruckcheck-inactivities.

Participateindepartmentalbusinessimprovementprojectsandotheradministrativeactivitiesasneeded.

In addition to standard administrative responsibilities, this position will support the overall customer experience and daily branch operations. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, answering and directing incoming phone calls, maintaining and stocking office and customer-area supplies, and providing support to the Service Department. This includes assisting with customer and truck check-in, welcoming customers upon arrival, gathering basic service information, and helping ensure customers are connected with the appropriate service team member.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
