JOB REQUIREMENTS: Production Management Trainee Manufacturing Leadership Program Silgan Containers is hiring a Production Management Trainee at our Menomonie, WI plant. This full time manufacturing program role is designed to prepare you for future operations management and production supervisor positions within our organization. As a Production Management Trainee, you will learn how to lead teams, manage production lines, and optimize efficiency in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
