Full job description
The Degree Audit Coordinator serves as a technical administrative support for the Operations office. Tracks student progress in training certificate programs and graduates successful students, enters certificate program requirements in Colleague, verifies content in Colleague properly displays on the website correctly. Builds queries to obtain data necessary for reporting. Develops all degree audit queries/reports to include daily, monthly, quarterly. Handles calls two hours each day. Processes scholarship vouchers.
This position will be located on the Midlands Technical College Harbison Campus.
A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience. Preferred: a bachelor’s and three (3) years relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; Valid SC Driver's license is required. Experience with Ellucian Colleague. Ability to use and learn query tools like SQL, advanced Excel and databases like Access quickly. Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI preferred. Knowledge of Corporate and Continuing Education programs, policies and procedures preferred. Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications are necessary to perform daily work. Must be able to work under stress of changing deadlines, and must deal tactfully with all types of people. Must possess excellent demonstrated organizational written and oral communication skills. Must be able to accurately troubleshoot and solve problems. Must be flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities and schedules.
