We are seeking a Principal II People Business Partner to join our global People Team team, where innovation knows no borders. This team aligns global talent strategies with business objectives to build high-performance organizations, drive impactful change, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. As a Principal II People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic consultant to executive leaders across Corporate Functions (People Team, Finance, and Legal). Operating in a complex global matrix, you will connect business priorities with Centers of Excellence to design scalable workforce strategies, lead organizational change, and champion high-performance talent initiatives. This role requires executive presence, exceptional business acumen, strong comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of driving strategic talent outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Partner with executive leaders to design and execute global talent strategies that drive business performance across Corporate Functions.

  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management efforts as client groups scale and adapt to change.

  • Direct talent and succession planning, high-potential development, executive coaching, and leadership hiring in partnership with Centers of Excellence.

  • Leverage workforce analytics, attrition data, and hiring trends to inform People strategies and manage regional HR programs under tight deadlines.

  • Use AI-enabled tools and HR analytics to streamline People processes, elevate data-driven decision-making, and accelerate talent initiatives.

What you'll bring

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience with a strong track record in a strategic People Business Partner role partnering with and coaching executive stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, understand global cultural nuances, and align talent strategies directly with business outcomes.

  • Practical experience using generative AI tools, automation, or analytics to elevate strategic HR work and improve operational effectiveness.

Preferred qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA in HR or a related discipline.

  • Experience working in technology, software, airline, or travel industries.
