  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into granular epics, user stories, and tasks ready for configuration or technical sprint execution.

  • Partner with QA and product owners to define the "definition of done, " participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate deployed features.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Configuration Manager.

  • 2+ years of experience specifically within digital health, telehealth, or clinical practice environments.

  • 2+ years of hands-on administration and configuration experience with the Healthie EMR platform.

  • 3+ years of experience writing detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in agile tools like Jira or Asana.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to translate clinical needs into technical setups.

  • Solid understanding of HIPAA data privacy and security rules.

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
