We’re seeking a Compliance Coordinator to work at a leading logistics and tranportation company in Medina, OH. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Pay Range: ** $19–$22 per hour, depending upon experience**

Shift: 3rd: Sun-Thu, 10 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.

What’s a typical day as Compliance Coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Supporting operational safety and regulatory compliance for independent contractors, fleet owners, owner operators, drivers, and vehicles

  • Performing routine compliance processing, data entry, document collection, checklist reviews, and standard follow-up using established procedures

  • Monitoring compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, as well as federal, state, and local requirements and company safety policies

  • Conducting qualification and re-qualification reviews to ensure compliance with company and FMCSA standards

  • Supporting Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse activity, monitoring Hours-of-Service and ELD compliance, and reviewing vehicle maintenance documentation

  • Maintaining accurate records in company systems and ensuring regulatory document retention standards are met

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred, not required)

  • Possess prior DOT and Safety experience in the transportation industry (preferred)

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based database sytems

  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and committed to promoting a culture of safety and compliance
