Drive Operational Excellence - Lead implementation and sustainment of the Emerson Lean Operating System. - Champion daily management, visual management, standard work, problem solving, and continuous improvement. - Eliminate waste and improve productivity through Lean principles and data-driven decision making. Manage Business Performance - Develop operating plans aligned with customer demand and the SIOP process. - Optimize labor, inventory, equipment, and capital resources. - Deliver productivity, cost, capacity, and financial performance objectives.
