Full job description

Description

We're seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to support fund and investor operations within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role combines fund administration, client service, transaction processing, and regulatory documentation review, with direct ownership of client relationships and portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of investment fund clients.

  • Process and review investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, capital activity, and account updates.

  • Coordinate cash movement and maintain accurate investor and fund records.

  • Review and resolve KYC/AML documentation requirements.

  • Prepare and review investor reporting, regulatory reporting, and audit requests.

  • Ensure all work meets quality control standards and remains audit-ready.

  • Partner with internal teams including Accounting, Operations, Technology, and Client Service to drive process improvements and mitigate risk.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.

  • 4+ years of financial services, fund administration, or investment operations experience.

  • Experience supporting hedge funds, private equity funds, or similar investment products.

  • Minimum 2 years of derivatives experience.

  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

  • Transfer Agency, Investor Services, or Fund Operations experience.

  • Exposure to Credit Default Swaps (CDS), credit products, or related derivatives.

  • KYC/AML review and documentation experience.

  • Experience managing a client portfolio and resolving complex client inquiries.
