Are you a detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills? If so, consider applying for the General Office Assistant within Treasury Data Operations! Your days will be busy entering data, scanning, and indexing a variety of document types for the Department of Treasury, while providing courteous and knowledgeable service to our customers. This job includes preparing documents for imaging, logging, scanning, data entering, and indexing documents using multiple applications. Please note that onsite work will be required. Facility, Mail, and Data Operations is comprised of a motivated, hard-working, and inclusive team. Education Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
Experience General Office Assistant 5 No specific type or amount of experience is required.
General Office Assistant 6 One year of administrative support experience.
General Office Assistant E7 Two years of administrative support experience, including one year equivalent to the intermediate level.Please attach a cover letter and detailed resume to your application. (Failure to do so may result in your application being screened out.)
FTI. This position has a FTINPRINT sub-class code. The sub-class code indicates the position has access to Federal Tax Information (FTI) and requires passing of a fingerprint-based background check per IRS Publication 1075.
