Teacher Aide/Special Ed Aide

Teacher Aide- Assists students with various academic tasks and daily activities in the classroom/school building. Help students to navigate their environment (including peer interactions and classroom compliance). Assist in physical care tasks as appropriate and necessary. In conjunction with the teacher, maintains classroom order. Supports behavioral management needs and appropriate data collection. Aids in the provision of test accommodations/modifications. Assists students with the use of technology (instructional, assistive, etc.) At the direction of the teacher, assists as necessary with a variety of non-instructional tasks in the classroom/school building. Special Ed Aide- Assists students with special needs in a variety of capacities in the classroom/school building. Including but not limited to, assisting with wheelchairs, crutches and any other assistive devices related to students with physical and/or mental disabilities. Assists students with physical care tasks including but not limited to, bathroom/diapering needs, feeding, etc. Assists students with various academic tasks and daily activities in the classroom/school building. Attends to students with illnesses as necessary. Assists students with the use of technology (instructional, assistive, etc.) In conjunction with the teacher, maintains classroom order. Supports behavioral management needs & appropriate data collection. At the direction of the teacher, assists as necessary with a variety of non-instructional tasks in the classroom/school building. Teacher Aide/Special Ed Aide requires Photo ID Social Security Card Please be advised that when you apply for one of the positions listed below, it is on a Call-In, As Needed basis. In addition, you are required to be fingerprinted prior to working. All positions are for people 18 years of age or older.
