The Assistant Supervisor possesses the qualifications and characteristics listed below:

What does Klauer ask of you?

The Assistant Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting production team members. In this role, you will champion the following:

  • Train, delegate and oversee the job assignments of production and shipping and receiving team members throughout their shift to maximize efficiency throughout the departments.

  • Responsible for the enforcement of all company factory rules, policies, and all applicable safety requirements.

  • Address team member performance issues and apply the Klauer progressive discipline process consistently with the support of Production Supervisor and Human Resources.

  • Act with direction from supervisor to ensure production and shipping schedules are efficient and timely.

  • Routinely walk production floor to assist with quality and safety initiatives.

  • Other duties as assigned.
