Next 150 Construction is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead the recruitment of highly skilled self-perform professionals, including field leadership, superintendents, project engineers, project managers, estimators, and craft-related operations talent. Through a consultative partnership with business leaders, this role will develop and execute divisional and national recruiting strategies that support the current and future workforce needs of our self-perform operations. The Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in building strong talent pipelines, elevating the candidate experience, and ensuring Next 150 attracts and hires the best possible talent. This position may also lead strategic recruiting initiatives and serve as a peer coach to Recruiter I and Recruiter II team members. Who are we?
