Full job description

Analyze business and user requirements to design and implement effective computer system solutions. Evaluate existing computer systems and processes to identify improvements for efficiency, performance, and functionality. Develop system specifications, workflows, and technical documentation to guide software development and system implementation. Coordinate with software developers, project managers, and IT teams to ensure system solutions meet business objectives. Test and validate system functionality to ensure systems operate according to requirements and quality standards. Troubleshoot system issues and recommend solutions to improve system performance and reliability. Assist in system implementation, integration, and upgrades across enterprise applications and platforms
