We are looking for an experienced Well Driller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in water well drilling, equipment operation, and job site safety. If you take pride in quality work, are dependable, and enjoy working outdoors, we'd like to hear from you. ## Responsibilities {#responsibilities section-id="r8dte7" data-start="584" end="603"} - Operate and maintain well drilling rigs and related equipment. - Drill and install residential, commercial, and agricultural water wells. - Install well casing, pumps, and related components. - Follow safety procedures and industry regulations. - Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance. - Read site plans and determine proper drilling locations. - Complete job documentation and communicate with customers professionally. - Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and travel to job sites as needed.
