5am-4pm or 3pm - 2am schedule

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker in a setting that manufactures wire mesh fencing. We are looking for a safety-oriented team player who is ready to contribute to our production process.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, general labor, or machine operation.

• Mechanically inclined with skills in assembly and machine operating.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.

• Mechanical aptitude.

• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or general labor.

• Forklift operation and packaging experience.

• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.

• Inventory management and material handling.

Responsibilities

• Manually load and unload materials and parts.

• Consistently move materials, requiring kneeling and bending.

• Stack materials and assemble wire mesh nets.

• Thread wire mesh together.

• Observe equipment operations to detect malfunctions and notify operators.

This is a Contract position based out of ALGODONES, NM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
