Full job description
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview: We are seeking an Upholstery Associate to cover aluminum and wood components with carpet and vinyl using adhesives and fastening tools. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Apply glue and adhere carpet/vinyl to metal and wood parts Trim materials using scissors or utility knives Staple materials using pneumatic tools Move parts (250 lbs.) between workstations Maintain a clean and safe work area Work Environment: Physically active role (standing, bending, lifting) Exposure to noise, dust, and fumes Non-climate-controlled environment possible PPE required (safety glasses, steel-toe shoes) ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply In Person: Northport Marine LLC 39 N.
