Interim CFO

Overview We are looking for an Interim CFO for our client on a project basis. This role is hyrbid out of Orem, Utah. Responsibilities * Lead all finance activities during the interim period, ensuring continuity of reporting, planning, and financial operations. * Own forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and recovery plan tracking. * Oversee lender reporting, covenant compliance, leverage reporting, and monthly lender communications. * Provide actionable financial insights to executive leadership, sponsors, and board stakeholders. * Monitor liquidity, funding requirements, and business performance against recovery objectives. * Partner with the controller and accounting team to ensure timely close, reporting, and variance analysis. * Track the financial impact of marketing and operational improvement initiatives on revenue and profitability. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields * Prior experience working with HVAC, plumbing, home services, or other field-service organizations is highly preferred, including exposure to multi-location operations, service-driven revenue models, and the key financial and operational drivers of those businesses. * 7+ years of relevant experience * Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S. * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
