Department: Human Resources
Schedule: Full-time - Days
Facility: Resurrection Medical Center
Location: Chicago, IL
Responsibilities
The HR Coordinator is responsible for the full onboarding cycle, employee status changes, separations, and all HR operational administrative functions. Maintains licensure and certification reports to maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards. Processes evaluations and keeps personnel records up to date.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Two (2) years minimum of HR experience required.

Strong interpersonal communication skills required.

Microsoft Office skills required.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrates an attitude that values “people” through the service HR provides.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.00 to $33.31. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
