Job Description

A client is seeking a patient data support specialist in the greater Livingston, NJ area (hybrid). This person will be on a team of customer service and patient coordinators and will be working in a corporate office environment. This role is responsible for monitoring delivery of services by completing daily review of incoming requisition forms and patient schedule, documenting progress of care, intervening to overcome deviations in the expected plan of care, and reviewing the care plan with patients in conjunction with care providers. This individual will obtain and be responsible for the quality control of detailed information and document interactions in CRM system and resolve. They will also ensure all communication and patient interactions comply with HIPPA requirements and other governing regulations. They will maintain quality service by checking all data entered is correct and establishing and enforcing organization standards. This contract starts at 6 months but is rolling. The shift is 10am-6:30pm.

Skills and Requirements

-Comfortable working in a demanding, high-pressure environment

  • Extremely detail oriented -Experience with quality control, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance of healthcare data

  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance -Experience within the medical/healthcare field -CRM Experience -Ability to multi-task -HS Degree or higher -Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
