  • Develop tactical campaign designs and measurement plans that maximize customer engagement, campaign insights, and marketing key performance indicators.

  • Partner with the media agency, cross-functional teams, and marketing analytics teams on campaign setup, testing, audience structures, asset trafficking, and tag management.

  • Ensure campaign investments are executed accurately, optimized for performance, and measured against business objectives.

  • Monitor media trends, new capabilities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen media performance.

Desired Competencies:

  • Data & Analytical Literacy: You interpret data, metrics, or reporting to inform decisions, identify trends, and measure outcomes relevant to your role.

  • Collaboration: You work effectively with others across functions and levels, contributing to shared goals while respecting different perspectives.

  • Technical / Functional Expertise: You apply the required technical or professional knowledge to perform your role effectively and stay current within your area of expertise.

Qualifications:

  • At least five years of experience in media strategy, digital marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience with Google and Meta strongly preferred.

  • Experience implementing paid search, display, social, and video campaigns from start to finish.

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with personalization and data-driven dynamic content, including delivering different content to different audiences.

  • Experience with customer data platforms, demand-side platforms, data management platforms, supply-side platforms, third-party data, pixels, and ad servers.

  • Clear understanding of how media channels work together to create a cohesive, personalized marketing experience.

  • Ability to use critical and strategic thinking across a variety of marketing use cases and identify forward-looking media activation opportunities.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, define work direction, and self-manage timelines and deliverables based on agreed-upon priorities.

  • Ability to lead internal and external meetings and clearly articulate solutions that support business goals.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Familiarity with customer acquisition goals and a demonstrated interest in powersports, its customers, and the supporting lifestyle.
