Serves as a resource to all units regarding policies, staffing and patient care. **Education:**Diploma in Nursing, Associates Degree from two year college or Bachelors Degree from a four year college and successful completion of a prescribed curriculum of study which has led to licensure as a Registered Nurse in Kansas and gives evidence of possessing the experience of a licensed nurse on a staff level. 2 years ED/ICU/Meg-Surg experience preferred
