Key Responsibilities In this role, you will lead the global sourcing strategy for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), managing key supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving cost optimization initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring a high-performing, sustainable, and resilient supplier base while supporting business growth, mitigating supply chain risks, and delivering against financial and operational targets on a global scale. This position reports to the Global SCM Manager, Motion Drive Products. In this role you will be accountable for: Leverage the Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing (CIPS) process for planning and implementing EMS effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy and ensuring that the supply base/suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements.
