Full job description

Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Data Scientist / Senior Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Scientist / Senior Data Analyst, you will be part of the enterprise contact center team supporting Data Analytics, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Scientist/Sr. Data Analyst

Location: Maryland Heights, MO (On-site 4 days per week)

Pay Range: $60-63 per hour W2 (C2C will not be accepted at this time)

What’s the Job?

  • Extract and analyze data from large operational datasets using Splunk SPL, Python, and SQL to support business decision-making.

  • Design and develop Tableau dashboards and executive-level reports that are scalable, user-friendly, and performance-optimized.

  • Translate ambiguous business requests into clearly defined analytical solutions and actionable insights.

  • Build, maintain, and monitor production-quality data pipelines, analytics solutions, and reporting assets.

  • Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders, product teams, and senior leadership in a clear and meaningful way.

What’s Needed?

  • Hands-on experience with Splunk, including SPL searches and dashboard development using operational data.

  • Strong Python skills, including pandas and NumPy, with experience processing and analyzing large datasets.

  • Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, and relational databases; Snowflake experience is a plus.

  • Expertise in Tableau dashboard development, reporting best practices, and data visualization.

  • Strong foundation in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, machine learning fundamentals, and communicating technical findings to non-technical audiences.
