Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead and oversee a multidisciplinary engineering team supporting multifamily housing projects. This individual will provide technical leadership, mentor engineering and architectural staff, manage project execution, ensure quality standards, and serve as the primary engineering leader for the office.

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications

Professional Engineer (PE) License required (Ohio PE strongly preferred) 5+ years of engineering experience Experience leading, mentoring, or managing engineering teams Proficiency with AutoCAD Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Experience with construction administration and field/site visits Strong project coordination and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications

Architectural engineering background Multi-family housing project experience Licensure in additional states Revit experience Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
