Job Description

Insight Global is seeking Case Investigator / Project Specialists to support the case investigating efforts for several transmittable diseases. We’re looking for individuals with strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently through both backlog and new cases. This role is highly patient-facing, requiring comfort with phone-based interviews and accurate documentation.

Skills and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient phone interviews to collect detailed food-exposure information, including restaurants visited, meals ordered, grocery stores used, and produce purchased.

  • Document findings in PDF case forms with precise, complete, and organized data entry.

  • Submit completed case reports to support backlog reduction and assist with new outbreak investigations.

  • Identify exposure patterns by accurately capturing patient histories that help public health teams track potential sources.

  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients who may be navigating a new diagnosis, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Case Investigating experience
