SUMMARY: Gold Dust West Elko is seeking an IT Tech Support Analyst Level I to support all Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. (JEI) properties across Nevada. This role provides technical assistance, diagnoses and resolves hardware/software issues, installs and maintains systems, enforces IT policies, and ensures compliance with company and regulatory standards. The position requires strong communication skills, technical competency, and the ability to work independently with good judgment.
