Environmental Field Technician

Our US Central Environmental business is looking for an Environmental Field Technician to join their field team in Golden, CO . As a technician, you will support a variety of remediation and O&M projects throughout the region. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: - Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of soil and groundwater remediation systems, which may include: {=html} - Mechanical, and electrical, troubleshooting and maintenance {=html} - Data collection {=html} - Site inspections and system performance sampling {=html} - Equipment and chemical Inventory {=html} - Jobsite housekeeping {=html} - Perform field sampling of soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, vapor, etc. in accordance with applicable standards {=html} - Collection of detailed field notes and excellent oral communication {=html} - Coordination with contractors and service providers and oversight of contractor activities {=html} - Provide support and oversight to other field activities as needed {=html} - Coordination with project team, local stakeholders, and client What you will bring to the team: - High School Diploma/GED required; College degree is a plus especially if in environmental related field (e.g., geology, wastewater operations, environmental science) {=html} - 5 plus years of environmental field experience {=html} - Must possess good electrical and mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skills {=html} - Ability and willingness to perform field work {=html} - Ability and willingness to work overtime as required {=html} - Valid driver's license and clear driving record {=html} - OSHA 40hour HAZWOPER Certification is a plus #LI-JS1 Salary: $31.26 - $52.10, varies based on experience and location.
