Tired of jobs with rotating schedules, late nights, and weekend shifts? We're a small, family-run e-commerce company selling grocery products nationwide through nationally recognized eCommerce channels --- and we run on daytime hours. Monday through Friday, 7:00 to 3:30, home every evening, weekends are yours. (In the past five years, we've needed weekend help exactly twice.) 1st Shift, Full-Time $15.00 an hour What you'll do: - Pack and ship customer orders --- our system tells you what goes in the box and prints every label; you bring the care and accuracy - Prep products for shipment: labeling, bagging, and boxing - Help receive weekly truck deliveries and keep the warehouse organized - Cross-train on other stations --- in a small business everyone wears a few hats, and we build backup coverage for every role What we're looking for: - Reliability and attention to detail --- those matter more to us than experience - Comfortable standing most of the day and limited lifting of up to 50 lbs - Willingness to learn our system --- it's genuinely simple, and most people are productive in their first week Whether you're building a career, re-entering the workforce, or looking for steady, predictable work with a team that values maturity and dependability --- we'd like to meet you. All experience levels welcome. Reliable attendance and attention to detail are our top requirements. Able to stand most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable following simple on-screen instructions (scanner/label printer --- we train, no computer experience required). Prior warehouse, shipping, retail, or stocking experience helpful but not required. High school diploma/GED preferred but not required. All experience levels welcome, including those returning to the workforce. Ability to drive a forklift (5-20 minutes per day), will train. Includes paid vacation.
