Our Team is Kind of a Big Deal!
UniFirst is seeking a reliable and hardworking Team Lead to join our UniFirst Family. As a Lead in the Picking Department, you will be monitoring the workflow for the induction, packing, and shipping of uniforms. At UniFirst we have a 5-day work week, enjoy Saturday and Sunday off!! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

What you’ll be doing
-
Monitor the workflow for the induction, packing, and accurate shipping of garments.
-
Support the training and development of team partners.
-
Answer questions and provide resources to team partners.
-
Communicate with all levels of management when high priority situations arise.
-
Participate in plant-wide safety activities.
-
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for
-
High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent is required.
-
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
-
One or more years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is highly preferred.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills, includes the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
-
Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
-
Ability to work overtime as necessary.
-
Must possess the ability to hear, talk, see, and distinguish between colors.
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
-
