Description
We are seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to join an established organization in Coalinga. This is a hands-on technical role that will serve as an escalation point for Tier 2 IT issues while providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff.
Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot escalated hardware, software, network, access, and connectivity issues
-
Support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, virtualization, backups, and endpoint technologies
-
Support LAN/WAN, wireless, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and VoIP environments
-
Assist with server administration, patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting
-
Provide technical direction and mentoring to junior IT staff
-
Support onboarding, offboarding, equipment deployment, and access management
-
Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with technology vendors
Requirements
-
At least 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, systems administration, or a similar technical support role.

Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments and general Microsoft platform support.

Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, endpoint devices, and service desk ticket workflows.

Ability to troubleshoot a broad range of hardware, software, account access, and connectivity problems with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated ability to mentor team members or provide technical direction within an IT support environment.

Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document work clearly and deliver strong customer service.
