Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Architect and manage scalable, highly available infrastructure solutions.
  • Lead the development of advanced CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment.
  • Implement DevOps best practices, focusing on automation, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Enhance Kubernetes-based platforms with complex networking and multi-cluster configurations.
  • Develop and enforce security policies, ensuring compliance through regular audits.
  • Lead disaster recovery planning and ensure high availability and business continuity.
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide technical challenges.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop strategies to resolve complex system issues.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance team collaboration and processes.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies like service meshes and serverless computing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure management.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams and solving complex challenges.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration tools in large-scale systems.
  • Deep understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Advanced scripting skills in Python, Go, or Shell scripting.
  • Proficient in monitoring tools like Prometheus, Datadog, or ELK Stack.
  • Solid knowledge of security, scalability, and high availability solutions.
  • Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and advanced networking concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on driving innovation.
