What You Will Work On This role oversees loss prevention programs across a multi-store market, ensuring consistency, compliance, and strong operational performance. Daily work includes monitoring shrink trends, identifying root causes, and supporting stores in developing proactive solutions. The position influences safety, security, and asset protection practices to strengthen the customer and team member experience.

You will manage a team of investigators, guiding their efforts to address incidents, conduct investigations, and support store teams. Collaboration with district and store leaders helps reinforce accountability and deliver coaching that supports continuous improvement. The work is fast paced, rewarding, and directly tied to protecting company assets and driving operational excellence.

Who You Will Work With Partnership is central to this role, especially with District Managers, Store Directors, and store leadership teams. These relationships allow for shared problem-solving, training, and supportive engagement around theft mitigation, shrink reduction, and safety practices.

You will also work closely with investigators, cross-functional business partners, and stakeholders across multiple regions. This network helps maintain alignment, ensure effective communication, and support a consistent approach to loss prevention programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Retail Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience required

  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing loss prevention programs

  • 2+ years leading teams across multiple locations

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships across departments and levels

  • Expert knowledge of loss prevention, asset protection, and physical security systems

  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate strategic recommendations

  • Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment

  • A team-first attitude; while your core duties are your priority, you're happy to step in wherever you're needed

Work Style and Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned market

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Ability to coach, train, and support store teams on loss prevention practices

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to work in varying store environments

  • Regular in-office attendance is required

  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties

  • Ability to adhere to company policies and professional standards
