EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, Vice President and General Counsel (VPGC), who will provide exceptional executive level administrative support; seamlessly manage the VPGC’s demanding and complex schedule.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: A minimum of seven years' experience as an executive assistant; High School diploma; excellent organizational, time management, project management, writing, proofreading, and communication skills; excellent attention to detail; extensive experience with complex calendar management; experience dealing with highly confidential matters; ability to multitask and work well under pressure; ability to troubleshoot, anticipate, and meet strict deadlines; advanced-level computer skills; and experience with document management systems. PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree; experience with iManage; or experience working with high-level or C-suite executives within a large organization, university or legal office

The OGC works on a hybrid schedule. This position requires flexibility in hours and in-office days as required by the VPGC. Occasional evenings, early morning, and/or weekend hours may also be necessary.
