Full job description
Our client is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager , you will be part of the Facilities Operations Team supporting healthcare facility operations, engineering, maintenance, regulatory compliance, life safety programs, and plant operations management . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing budgets and personnel, healthcare regulatory compliance experience, and a commitment to operational excellence , which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Celina, TX
Pay Range: $50 to $53/hr
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Onsite)
What's the Job?

Lead and supervise plant operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations.

Manage facility budgets, financial performance, KPIs, SLAs, personnel development, and operational objectives.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code requirements, safety standards, and facility maintenance programs.

Oversee vendor performance, CMMS activities, maintenance services, critical facility projects, and work order management processes.

Support staff training, regulatory compliance initiatives, infection control protocols, safety programs, and continuous improvement efforts.
What's Needed?
-
Minimum 5+ years of facilities management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance leadership experience.
-
Previous managerial experience with budget ownership, personnel management, and team leadership responsibilities.

Experience with healthcare facilities, hospital operations, regulatory compliance, life safety requirements, and vendor management.

Proficiency with CMMS/work order systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.

Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and leadership skills.
