Chase Memorial Nursing Home & Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist / Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our team!

MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY

The SLP is responsible for the evaluation, screening, treatment, and documentation of residents who demonstrate disorders involving:

  • Speech & Language

  • Cognitive Communication

  • Voice

  • Fluency

  • Swallowing

The SLP will also complete all required clinical and facility documentation.

REQUIREMENTS"

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology, Speech & Hearing Sciences, or Communication Disorders

  • State Licensure OR proof of registration to complete the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Speech Pathology, after which certification can be obtained

  • ASHA Certification OR proof of ASHA certification
