Coordinator to EVP of Media and SVP of Integrated Marketing. Primary role is to assist in the clerical day-to-day operations of the media department and detail management for title specific media plans. Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to work as part of a team.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Generate PowerPoint / Keynote presentations for internal presentations and Filmmaker meetings

  • Create and edit media Excel charts for evaluation and presentation purposes

  • Responsible for the collection of Integrated Marketing documents for high-level internal and filmmaker meetings

  • Maintain media promotions library: compile wrap-up reels of the promotional campaign for each theatrical title

  • Assist with Integrated Marketing campaign monitoring and spot checking

  • Own media meeting, including gathering agenda, managing weekly attendee list, attend meeting and provide notes with follow up list

  • Facilitate on the lot screening of films/footage for network partners

  • Manage integrated marketing status, attend meetings and provide follow-ups

  • Manage all full-team vendor meetings (linear, digital, integrated) including scheduling, post-meeting notes and key follow ups

  • Provide day-to-day guidance to interns as a secondary hiring manager

  • Participate in opportunistic projects, pilots and taskforces

  • Administration

  • Track and organize supervisors’ calendars

  • Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-Person meetings, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Inviting appropriate parties

  • Obtaining studio lot drive-on passes

  • Reserving conference rooms and assisting in the set-up

  • Arranging for catering, where necessary

  • Taking and distributing meeting notes including capturing next steps, when requested

  • Secure IT support when needed

  • Filing and organizing documents

  • Manage expenses and travel

  • Responsible for answering phones and managing messages, during in-office work

  • Distribute and create weekly Media Memos to senior leadership

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 1-year administrative experience

  • Entertainment, Advertising or Marketing experience is a plus

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Keynote is a plus)

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be available to work in office a minimum of 4 days a week

Desired Characteristics:

  • Prior Entertainment, Advertising or Marketing experience

  • Strong math, written and communication skills

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills

  • Self-Motivator with proactive attitude and detail orientation

  • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task

  • Capable of building and maintaining strong work relationships and of working effectively across multiple departments

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
