Regional Manager

AtMulti-Flow Industries, we specialize in the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of fountain beverages used in theFood Service Industry. Our product categories include Juices, Energy Drinks, Carbonated Beverages, Specialty Waters, Thickened Waters, and Liquid Roast Coffee.

Beyond beverages, we are experts in draught beer system design and installation, offering new system builds, old system rebuilds, service and repairs. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop shop for our customers’ bar and restaurant needs. With over 80 years in business and growing, we continue to provide high-quality products and services to our valued clients.

As aRegional Manager, you will oversee your area's operations, drive efficiency, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and collaboration across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities of the Regional Manager

Customer & Operations Management

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve customer complaints or service concerns.

  • Conduct customer and job-site visits as needed to ensure service standards are met.

  • Oversee installations, service calls, equipment removals, and other field operations.

  • Monitor daily work to ensure jobs are scheduled, completed, documented, and closed properly.

  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, and other departments to resolve operational issues.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of new products and services.

Inventory & Equipment

  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels for products, parts, and equipment.

  • Oversee inventory transfers, truck inventory, cycle counts, returns, and damaged or quarantined products.

  • Ensure company equipment is properly tracked and documented.

Employee Management

  • Participate in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training.

  • Monitor employee performance, workloads, attendance, overtime, and timecards.

  • Enforce company policies and disciplinary procedures when necessary.

  • Complete employee reviews and address performance or training needs.

  • Monitor driver safety and compliance using company systems, including Paylocity and Samsara.

Fleet & Routing

  • Oversee company vehicle maintenance, repairs, assignments, and overall condition.

  • Ensure Samsara systems are operational in company vehicles.

  • Review and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency, service, and profitability.

  • Monitor mileage, route density, delivery frequency, and driver workload.

Financial & Regional Performance

  • Monitor customer profitability, revenue, margins, minimums, and product substitutions.

  • Work with Finance and other departments to monitor regional expenses and profitability.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience in operations, logistics, or customer service management.

  • Proficiency in inventory and fleet management systems (Paylocity, Samsara, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
